Anonymity & Authenticity: Submissions may be made under an alias. HODLawards does not guarantee or verify the truthfulness of any submission and is not responsible for the accuracy or authenticity of user content.
Content Responsibility: You confirm that your submission (including any images) does not infringe on the rights of any third party (e.g., copyright, privacy, or defamation). You are solely responsible for the content you provide.
Images: If you provide an image with your submission, HODLawards may, at its sole discretion, edit the image before publishing, choose not to use it, or create a new image to accompany your story.
Right to Moderate: HODLawards reserves the right to edit, refuse, or remove any submission at its discretion.
No Liability: HODLawards disclaims all liability related to user-submitted content and is not responsible for any consequences arising from its publication.
